We are located on 210 acres in Croydon, NH — close enough to nearby towns like Newport and Lebanon that we can easily get things we need, but far enough from those towns (and “the grid”) that it can still feel like the middle of nowhere.

A few acres have been cleared for buildings, gardens, and pastures. The rest is a mixture of pine and hardwood forests, with some frontage on the Sugar River.

The result is a spot with room to grow, while maintaining a buffer from the world.
